This page explains how delivery is arranged for Silqira orders.

Order processing

Orders are prepared within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when it is available.

Shipping rates

For supported destinations, standard shipping is $6 USD for orders under $36 USD. Standard shipping is free for orders of $36 USD or more. The final shipping charge and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery

Standard delivery is estimated at 5–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier operations, holidays, weather, customs and destination conditions may affect timing. A multi-item order may arrive in separate packages.

Check your order

Review the delivery address, shade, style, size and pack before placing your order. For powered beauty tools, review the listed power, charging and compatibility details. Product photographs may include styling accessories that are not supplied unless stated in the listing.

Address changes, missing parcels or damage

Email support@silqira.com promptly if a delivery address needs changing or an order is delayed, missing, incomplete or damaged. Include your order number. Keep the packaging and provide clear photographs when reporting damage or missing contents. Address changes may be unavailable after dispatch.

Customs and import costs

Destination duties and import charges are paid by the recipient unless checkout expressly states that those charges are included.
